I’m in a food trade for my life.
I’m a cook.
I’ve worked in restaurants, cafés and bakeries.
And I’ve been doing this for about eight years.
I was a food buyer for 20 years, then I moved into the food business myself, and I’ve loved it ever since.
But now, I’m moving on.
The industry is changing rapidly.
We have new technologies.
We’re entering the age of the online food buyer.
It’s a whole new world, and the challenges we face are immense.
I want to share with you how I’ve gone about my job, and what I want out of it.
I’d like to share what it’s like to go from being a food trader to a food chef in just seven months, how I used to live in an apartment on the top floor of a house, and why it’s now possible to buy a loaf of bread for just €4.30 from a bakery in the middle of Dublin.

What do you like to eat?
My favourite food in Dublin is the one that’s in the shops all day, but I like to try something different.
When you go to a restaurant, you get a menu and choose something to order, then a couple of minutes later you walk away.
And the first thing you want to do is sit down and watch the food.
But there’s a reason for that.
When I went to McDonald’s last week, I was able to order a meal with a salad and some fries, but the wait was over an hour.
I had to wait at least an hour for my food.
That was the first time I’d ever experienced that.
So, I decided to go home and cook some dinner for myself.
I started with a very simple dish: pasta and chicken.
I just went straight to the kitchen and got everything ready to eat.
My favourite pasta was the Parmigiano-Reggiano, but that’s not all that I like.
I also like the cheese sauce and the fried egg.
The chicken I had was quite good.
I have to say I prefer the fried chicken to the baked chicken.
That’s because the fried chickens are cooked more slowly and are softer.
They’re also a bit more flavourful.
It was a little disappointing that I wasn’t able to enjoy the chicken in the way that I wanted.
I’ll admit that I did like the baked chickens, but it was a bit disappointing to not get a good deal for them.
The first thing I did when I arrived at the restaurant was ask the server if I could have the chicken for a side.
He said he could but that the chicken was already in the oven.
I asked him what was in the chicken, and he said, “I don’t know”.
I asked again, and again, he didn’t know.
Finally, I asked the manager, and she said, I can’t say anything because it’s the chicken I ordered.
That made me furious, so I rang up the manager again and asked what was going on.
She told me that the chef was on a break, so they could’t cook it.
So I told him, “This is my chicken, the chef ordered it”.
The chef told me he could make it but that it was the wrong chicken.
So he left.
I didn’t really want to talk to the manager.
I did go to the cafe to get some coffee and he didn, however, make a delicious meal for me.
I tried to get a drink and the waiter gave me a drink.
So then I started to talk.
He was very nice.
I told his wife what was happening and she asked me to leave.
She said I should call my agent.
I said, fine, I won’t call my manager.
She came back and we talked.
She gave me her phone number and she told me to come back to her in a few days.
She then called me back.
So when she called, I didn,t think much about it.
But then, I realised that I should have left immediately.
I thought that if I was going to do this, I should get it done as soon as possible.
So after I left, I called my agent and he was there.
He told me the story of how the chicken came out of the oven, and then I asked how it tasted.
He answered that it’s quite tasty.
I went home and started cooking my dinner.
I wasn,t too worried about the food, because the restaurant had already prepared everything.
But when I came home, I tried everything.
